Regie “started where I was” not where he or others wanted me to be. For starters, Regie provided very personalized customer service from the word “go.” He met me in person first, so he could get to know me and my father’s needs before he launched his search efforts. That was not the case with another placement specialist I had worked with. Regie provided me with many possible options for my father and I never felt rushed during the entire process. I was able to take my time in finding a place I trusted. Regie was also very organized, sending me an itinerary for the places we would visit…together. Again, this was different from my previous experience with a placement specialist. Regie was also a great bridge between me and the facilities we were considering, always advocating for me and my father. Altogether, not only did Regie help me find the right place for my father, he made the process pleasant and easy. I enjoyed working with Regie because, not only was he very knowledgeable in helping me navigate this new terrain, he also demonstrated an intentional commitment to the excellence, never stopping until he helped me find the right place for my father. Provided. 6 assistant living facilities within driving distance of Santa Clarita to review we’re OK but rejected for various reasons except mother Directory home on Laurel Canyon Boulevard at 11 320. This one was nice as lots of activities and is within the range rover our income so that we don’t have to eat into savings account at this time. A new place also listed that was a little more expensive so for now we rejected that side as well.
